Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a new high energy tennis workout that will have you
and your friends picking up a racquet and heading to your nearest tennis
court. It doesn’t matter if you play regularly or have never before,
because Cardio Tennis is open to people of all ages, abilities and fitness
levels. During a 60 minute workout, women can burn around 300 to 500
calories per hour and men can burn between 500 to 800 calories. It is
a fun and entertaining workout with varied exercises and great music. It
is also adaptable, appealing to all abilities and all levels of fitness.

Come and learn all the basic aspects of golf in a friendly environment. The fundamentals of golf will be explained in an easy to understand way. These classes are designed to give players a knowledge of putting, chipping and full swing techniques. They are aimed to give players confidence in heading out on to the golf course.
