Ancient Persian and Modern Iranian Cooking

Are you looking for cooking classes? Maybe you're a beginner and
need some good ideas?
Maybe you're already a good cook and want to try some new ideas for
healthy family meals?
In our cooking classes, you will taste and learn how to use typical
Persian ingredients such as barberries, rose petals, dried limes and
sour plums, all of which can be bought in Australia. You will also learn
techniques for making classic Persian rice dishes, stews, salads, side
dishes, sweets and more. Expect plenty of aromatic herbs, warm
spices, nuts, dried fruits, and home-made pickles, among other
flavours. You’ll go home with a passion for Persian cuisine and
equipped with recipes so you’ll be able to recreate them at home.
Persian food is as delicious as it is fascinating. This is all about food

Pilates Basics

Pilates is based on the idea that correct posture and muscle tone are essential for wellbeing. Improve posture and body tone and develop a strong back for body support. You will be taken through a variety of floor exercises using the abdomen as the power centre. These exercises will improve the core trunk and stability. If you have pre-existing back or neck problems or medical conditions, consult your doctor before enrolling.
