Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Through Meditation |

Learn how to meditate to reduce stress, calm your mind and tap into the true potential of YOU. This practice has the ability to change your worry thinking into a productive and peaceful way of being. The focus of this program is the practice of mindfulness according to a Harvard survey this has the potential to increase happiness by 10.8%.
Program participants who followed the 10 minutes per day homework have reported “increased decision making capabilities and 80% have alleviated the feelings of stress and anxiety.” (Fiona
