The Cheesemaking Workshop
‘In this one day interactive workshop you’ll learn several basic Cheesemaking techniques. You’ll make camembert, fetta, mascarpone, quark, ricotta and a Greek style yoghurt. Cheesemaking isn’t a difficult process and doesn’t require a lot of equipment. We take the mystery out of this age old skill, so you can create fabulous cheese in your own kitchen after just one workshop! All ingredients and equipment are provided on the day, as are morning tea, lunch, lots of cheese tasting and all course notes.
