| Learn Ballroom dancing from a well qualified dance teacher and have some fun! A selection of dances from each of the different ballroom stylestaught, ie Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, jive, Evening Three Step are just some. Also those dances popular with weddings, balls and social functions. Start with the beginners class and follow on with the intermediate level. This gentle exercise helps to keep you fit and enjoy yourself at the same time. |

Yoga |

| Become a healthier,happier and more balanced person through yoga. Asanas (exercise), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation are taught. These develop strength,flexibility, endurance and muscle tone. Concentration and alertness improve as tension and stress are released. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, circulation, the nervous and endocrine systems and the functioning of vital organs. Yoga is beneficial to men and women of all ages. Not suitable for those who are pregnant, but is recommended to improve your well-being six weeks after birth. |
