Bollywood for Fitness

Bollywood dancing is a great workout – it’s fun, energetic and an addictive style of dance. Bollywood dance is about storytelling and the dance style itself is a fusion of other dance styles including belly dancing, hip hop and classical Indian dance. It is entertaining, cheesy and will increase your level of fitness.

Pre-requisite

All levels welcome – no dance experience necessary

What to Bring

Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing, gym clothing or similar is recommended.
