Fitness for Seniors

Classes will be run by Master Trainer Sally Castell who is a qualified physiotherapist. This program addresses health and fitness concerns to the mature adult and those less active. Focus areas include falls prevention, strength and mobility training, balance and coordination and back care. Sally’s aim is to increase your current fitness level and to improve your overall health and wellbeing. These classes are more suited to seniors with moderate levels of mobility.

Pre-requisite

These classes are more suited to seniors with moderate levels of mobility.

If you have any medical condition it is your responsibility to inform your GP that you are participating in this exercise program. Please get medical clearance if you have a condition that needs to be monitored or may affect your participation in the class.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, bring a bottle of water.

Outcome

Sally’s aim is to increase your current fitness level and to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
