BIO
Amy Harrison has had over thirteen years experience in the floral industry. Has worked in various florists around Sydney and started her own business, Art of the Flower in 2011.
Teaching has been a huge part of her floristry career, beginning several years ago with the creation of her flower crown workshops for hens parties and fairy parties for kids. The popularity of these led her to teach further and she became a part time floristry teacher at Tafe and a tutor at Hornsby Kur-ring-gai Community College.
Becoming a Mother to Iris, inspired her further still. Now wanting to explore a deeper sense of sustainability in floral design, she is merging her love of flowers with her love of nature and her passion for protecting the planet!
