Amy Harrison has had over twelve years' experience in the floral industry. Worked in various florists around Sydney and started her first business, Art of the Flower in 2011. She now runs a business with her Husband, Floraculture. Combining their passions and expertise in horticulture, arboriculture and floral design.
Teaching has been a huge part of her floristry career, beginning several years ago with the creation of her flower crown workshops for hens parties. The popularity of these and the desire to teach further, led her to becoming a part time floristry teacher at Hornsby Tafe and at Hornsby Kur-ring-gai Community College.
Now wanting to explore a deeper sense of sustainability in floral design, she is merging her love of flowers with her love of nature and the environment.
