Tai Chi QiGong

Tai Chi and Qigong are scientifically proven as a preventative medicine. Tai Chi relaxes and regulates the central nervous system, promotes physical and mental well-being and releases emotional and physical stress accumulated through work or other anxieties. People of all ages can cultivate relaxation, balance, central equilibrium and physical co-ordination through these gentle and non-jarring exercises.

Qigong Practice develops and balances Qi to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit, and is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong includes gentle movements, breathing and meditation, creating a system which anyone can practice, increasing health.
With regular practice, Qigong may improve circulation, easing joint and muscle pain, improve mobility, calm the nervous system and increase immunity. It is a great alternative health practice that can help people take control of their well-being, stay healthy and prevent or mitigate chronic illness. Meditating and practicing qigong can be very beneficial in helping to keep your immune system strong in so many ways. When the immune system isn’t healthy and functioning as it’s designed to that is when we get sick. So, keeping the immune system strong is critically important.

Qigong increases vitality, impacts positively to improve medical conditions and in this way will improve and prolong the quality of life.

You will learn traditional Yang style tai chi routines and Health QiGong routines series, compiled and published by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. It is the traditional Chinese exercises and healing techniques, originally was part of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. Practice Qigong movements for self-healing and self-care. Qigong practice develops and balances Qi to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit, and is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong includes gentle movements, breathing and meditation, creating a system which anyone can practice, increasing health. They are very simple and practical self-healing techniques.

What do you Wear? Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes such as tennis shoes or slip-ons.

What is happening during our training?

The training build up with three general systems. Usually mixed the Tai chi and Qigong movement focus for group body problems.

1. nice warm up "exercise"

2. study the term marked form

3. cool down with meditation, and do Qigong movement.
