Inspiration with Acrylics

Acrylics are an easy and versatile painting medium.

Explore the basic methods of painting with acrylics, and learn to achieve your distinct style with ease in a friendly class environment.

We will cover simple materials and techniques, starting with drawing and moving confidently into using paint. We will learn some basic colour theory and simple effects that can bring your paintings to life.

Just bring along a drawing pad, some sketching pencils or charcoal, and an apron or old shirt to wear.

Students are encouraged to bring items from home they would like to draw or paint, but there will always be a simple still life set up at most classes, flowers etc.

The main thing is to have fun, feel confident, and relax and enjoy the journey…!
