Meditation for beginners

The aim of this beginner course is to give each individual an understanding of the different styles of practicing meditation that are available and to learn to implement them daily into your busy, fast paced life.We encourage you to experiment during the 6 week course and find the type that best suits your interests, lifestyle and needs. It may be a more traditional type or one of the more creative ones that best suits you Each week we start with a traditional meditation learning to breath, focus and to let go. We then move on to discover the wonders of experiencing a variety of other different types each week Meditation with Candles, we explore Traditional, Guided, Walking, Candle, Sensory and the favourite Chocolate Meditation! to name a few.This is a fun course that can help you unwind and relax in a variety of different ways.
