Rock Climbing - Adult Training

Our adult workshop is being designed to incorporate functional fitness into improving your climbing!

The workshop includes elements of climbing theory, the fundamentals of movements and techniques, and finished off with a workout. It is great for both brand new climbers and those looking to refine their climbing skills and strength.

Your fee will include:
• 1 hr per week climbing instruction
• Gym Entry (stay longer if you like)
• Complete gear hire (full harness, shoes & chalk)
• Registration

Please wear suitable clothing and take a water bottle.
