• Gentle Yoga - anaerobic exercise
• Gentle Exercise - aerobic
• Yin Yoga - for flexibility
• Myofascial Release - (Rolfing): Tight muscle release using balls (tennis balls are fine)
• Segments on Ayurveda - implementing lifestyle interventions and natural treatments, therapies and remedies to provide balance among your physical body, mind, spirit and the world around you.
