Yoga Beginners Workshop

An introduction to Yoga.

Are you new to yoga or would like to get back to yoga basics...then this is the workshop for you.

We'll be focusing on understanding alignment of the most common yoga poses, learning the yogic breath and an outline of the underlying philosophical concepts of yoga.

Please bring

 A yoga mat, water bottle, a towel or blanket for covering your body during relaxation. You may also want a low cushion for support under head and for sitting. Wear comfortable clothing'

If you have pre-existing back or neck problems or medical conditions, consult your doctor before enrolling. Not suitable for those who are pregnant but perfect for women two months after giving birth.
