Yoga Meditation- Workshop

Yoga meditation practices for quietening and calming the activities of the mind, with breath relaxation, imagery, guided meditations and meditation in movement. It is suitable for those wanting to try meditation & helpful for reducing tension.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel, cushion, water and a yoga mat to each class. Chairs are available for those who prefer to sit off the ground.
