Chair Yoga
New to HKCC!
Chair Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, strength, and balance without having to get down on the floor. Perfect for older adults, beginners, or anyone looking for a more supported yoga practice, this class uses a chair as a prop for seated and standing poses. You'll be guided through mindful movements, breathing exercises, and gentle stretches to help reduce tension and promote overall wellbeing.
No prior yoga experience needed, just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle for hydration.
We're excited to welcome Amrita Kohli to the HKCC team. Amrita is a certified yoga instructor with more than 10years’ experience of teaching Yoga in Germany, Malaysia and Australia. She creates a harmonious, supportive space and enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga with participants of all backgrounds, skill levels and ages.
