• Are an AUS citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder, or a NZ citizen
• 15 years or older
• Live or work in NSW
• No longer at school or equivalent
AND
Experience significant barriers to training and employment
OR (for TSB)
Small business owners and employees and non-for-profit employees, who meet the Smart and Skilled eligibility criteria, can access fully funded training in targeted courses in information technology, business
services and foundation skills
