In this course you will learn:

  • MS Word: Learn about basic formatting styles and key functions of this word-processing application.  
  • MS Excel: Learn to manipulate data, including the use of formulae, present in columns and rows and convert data into charts and graphs. 
  • MS PowerPoint: Learn to present information in a slide show, which can be used in meetings, seminars, training or other purposes.
Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate II in Workplace Skills BSB20120.

**A small business is defined as: 20 employees or less or an annual turnover of less than $2,000,000
