Tai Chi/Qigong- Beginners
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. Initially developed for combat and self-defence, it has evolved into a sport and form of exercise.
Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise consisting of a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths, designed to build inner harmony, balance and flexibility.
With practice it has been recognised for its many health benefits such as decreasing stress and helping those who suffer from arthritis as well as being an effective aid for good posture, and overall health and wellbeing.

Pre-requisite:
No previous experience needed, this is a beginners class.
Outcome:
Build inner harmony, balance and flexibility while aiding your posture, health and wellbeing.
What to wear/bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a bottle of water
