Pilates is based on the idea that correct posture and muscle tone are essential for well being. Improve posture and body tone and develop a strong back for body support. You will be taken through a variety of floor exercises using the abdomen as the power centre. These exercises will improve the core trunk and stability. If you have pre-existing back or neck problems or medical conditions, consult your doctor before enrolling. This course offers a more gentle form of Pilates for people with lower levels of fitness or flexibility.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothing, Pilates socks are reccommended, bring a towel, cushion, water and a thick pilates mat to each class.
