Over the next 8 weeks you will learn the modern day form of the ancient meditative practice of Yoga Nidra. Join Rosie each Thursday night for a beautiful guided meditation to help reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain and PTSD.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing (including socks). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or cushion (one for your head and one for under your knees), eye pillow (optional), water bottle and a notebook and pen for recording reflective intentions.
