Therapeutic Art

This relaxed pressure-free group offers a safe place for you to come and explore creative expression using a variety of art mediums such as paint, markers, collage, felt materials and oil pastels. Art is the language of the heart and a window into your inner world. This is an opportunity to listen and hear what your own heart is communicating visually and during this process you may gain deeper personal understandings, insight, inner peace and healing. All are welcome and no prior art experience is required.

Warm up exercises and themes will be offered each session to help reduce stress or anxieties so you can feel comfortable to explore your inner world.
