Cooking and Collaboration with OzHarvest

Learn about healthy eating and nutrition!

We are able to offer this program thanks to OzHarvest. Their NEST (Nutrition Education & Skills Training) Program is a six-week nutrition and health education program where participants learn essential life skills on healthy eating and easy, affordable cooking in a friendly, fun, and supportive environment. Our wonderful program not only provides valuable life-skills in cooking and nutrition knowledge but also helps to reduce social isolation and marginalisation that many of our participants experience.

Aimed at community members living with learning disabilities and intellectual, physical disabilities or mental health challenges. The venue is fully accessible.

Commencing 25th July 2025, 11am-1.00pm, x 6 weeks. Location: Greenwich NSW 2065
